Our Committee

We have a very strong Committee at NDSJC Inc.

It is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds, with skills & knowledge in many different areas.

However, they all have something in common – a deep love of horses and a desire to see our Club continue to be the strong Club it has been since it’s conception 30 + years ago.

	PATRON & LIFE MEMBER – HEATHER AMES We are indeed honoured to have a Patron such as Heather.  Her dedication, generosity and loyalty to our Club is appreciated more than she possibly knows.
	PRESIDENT – LEANNE BRUGGEMANN Leanne has been involved with horses her whole life and is one of the State’s top Riders, reaching World Cup Status. She is also a Level 1 Instructor. Leanne, & husband Richard Bruggemann, are one of the Club’s Official Sponsors with Gawler Stock Feeds in Gawler. Daughter Nicole is an up & coming Junior and son Will is their little helper. A most dedicated President to our Club & the Showjumping discipline. A very valued team member.
	VICE-PRESIDENT – KYM MOSEY Senior Rider, dedicated man of the land and “Loveable Larrikin” of our Club!  Married to Tenille……Kym is also an official Sponsor of NDSJC Inc.  Kym is always on the go for us at a Show, usually on the microphone giving everyone the opportunity to know what is going on in the Rings.  Much valued member.
	CO-SECRETARY - STEVE CRAWFORD Newly elected to the role of Co-Secretary of the Club, Steve is an active member of the Committee & enjoys competing in the show jumping ring. Steve also enjoys assisting with running the Encourage Rings & judging when required. He is currently breeding his own potential show jumpers.
	CO-SECRETARY - PAUL FOLEY Current Member & newly elected Co-Secretary of the Club, Paul is glad to be back in the saddle competitively show-jumping.  His horse Tyson (Marchello) is progressing very well through the heights.  Paul enjoys helping the Club to run Shows & does a great job of manning the gate & Encourage Ring to ensure they run smoothly .
	TREASURER – JILL MOSEY Our tireless Treasurer!! Mother of Kym and tickled pink grandmother, Jill takes care of our Club’s finances. A very dedicated and much loved member of our team. You can always count on Jill to steer you in the right direction! A great believer of the saying “you only get out of something what you put in to it”.
	COMMITTEE MEMBER – SANDRA HARBISON A well known member of our community, Sandra, for many years along with husband Bill Harbison, have been the local Vets, taking care of our much loved pets. Now in semi-retirement, Sandy campaigns her 2 beautiful Warmblood Mares “Brechinridge five Star” & “Brechinridge Flame” which she and Bill purpose bred.  She is looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her two 2y.o. “Bella Baloubet” youngsters!
	COMMITTEE MEMBER – ALISON LOCK Always there with a smile, joke or a bandaid! Alison is one of our much loved catering helpers and First Aid Officer. Mother of up and coming Junior Rider Madeline Sheedy, Alison has spent many hours along with Heather Ames, our Matriarch & Life Member, serving and cooking in our canteen; a tireless and exhausting job! A very much valued member of our team.
	COMMITTEE MEMBER – SKYE RUDIGER Senior Rider and valued member of our Club. Skye has recently become our Roving Reporter and Official Photographer of events. Skye takes care of reporting our Shows with results and pictures of each event, she then forwards them on to our sponsors and relevant newspapers. We will be posting her reports on our site so keep a lookout for them, they are a brilliant read.
	COMMITTEE MEMBER – LEIGH SCHMID Mum of Junior Rider, Dayna. Keen Show Jumping spectator and supporter of the sport. Leigh and her family now live on a property at Wasleys.  Leigh’s description of this photo is her idea of the perfect picture…with her girl and a glass of wine!!!
	COMMITTEE MEMBER – NICK Van DISSEL Senior Rider and member of our team, Nick is our resident “Legal Eagle”. In his spare time he takes care of sons Josh and Timothy and his lovely wife, Robyne….and has time to ride a horse or two! Nick is always ready to give the right advice.  His input is greatly appreciated.
	COMMITTEE MEMBER – Gemma Deakin Newly Elected Committee Member who brings a wealth of talent and flair in the fields of promotion and design, Gemma has elected to help give the Club a new look.  She has been riding all her life and now incorporates this with her own ‘Frontier Park Photography’ business providing us with many great photo’s from all of our Events.
